Tim Montagu has held structured finance roles at HSBC covering professional services clients and those from any sector suited to PE-backed leverage. Tim places importance on relationship management throughout a transaction, helping to develop the proposition, understand investment criteria and identify synergies for a successful outcome. John Oppermann has been involved in the financial services sector for over 30 years in both London and Dublin. He has extensive experience with investment funds domiciled in various locations and across a variety of asset classes and investment strategies. John is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, holds an MBA from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business and is a Certified Investment Fund Director.
He acts as an independent director to Asset Managers, UCITS and Alternative Fund structures. John co-founded The Fund Governance Boardroom Panel in 2014 and previously established JPO Corporate Services to provide corporate services to entities establishing operations in Ireland.
Mr Oppermann is a non-executive director for a number of companies and is a member of the Institute of Directors. John is one of the founding members of the Irish Fund Directors Association and has served on council from 2015 – 2018.
David Spring is a highly experienced marketing and business development professional having worked for over 30 years in the services sectors including finance and professional services, on and offshore.
He has operated for over 20 years at Board level and is renowned for his down to earth and practical approach to marketing and business development issues.
